Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@inorent.net/+905061112043. The cancellation terms depend on the time of cancellation relative to your booking.

• Cancellation with Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled reservation date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation with Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 1 to 2 days before the reservation date will incur a 30% cancellation fee. A partial refund will be issued.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 1-12 hours before the reservation date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process: Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Special Circumstances: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, travel restrictions, etc.), we may offer special accommodations or refunds at our discretion.
